Our annual volunteer engagements with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations led LSIG to expand into Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) services. Through these collaborations, we observed a consistent need for organizations to adopt comprehensive M&E frameworks to effectively assess program performance.
Even among organizations with established M&E functions, a critical gap often remains, limited expertise in data collection and analysis, both of which are essential for generating reliable insights and driving informed decision-making.
